I work full time as a Weekend Editor at CinemaBlend. On top of my duties as an editor I also write news, features and scoops. I cover everything from the latest fashion trends to the business of streaming. I also work on junkets and interviews about the latest TV shows.

At POPSUGAR I write primarily for the entertainment vertical. I have had stories on the Marvel show "MoonKnight" and the upcoming sequel to the Disney film "Enchanted."

I work as an intern at syracuse.com as part of an internship practicum course at Syracuse University. I mostly local businesses. However, my favorite story came when I got to write a preview for my favorite musical "Hamilton."

As part of the Goldring Arts Journalism and Communications capstone, my cohort traveled to Charleston, South Carolina to cover the Spoleto Festival for City Paper. I wrote about jazz, bluegrass, classical and experimental music.

At the beginning of my time at Syracuse University, I was hired to be the social media director for the site at the end of the semester I was promoted to assistant executive producer. On the writing side of things, I mostly write reviews for movies. One of my favorite articles is my explainer of mental health representation in "WandaVision."
Central New York Magazine
Over the summer of 2021, I researched, reported, wrote and photographed a story about Airbnbs for CNY Magazine. It was published in the Jan./Feb. issue in 2022 as a 12-page spread in the middle of the magazine.

During my time at Gonzaga University, I freelanced for The Spokesman-Review's news section. I covered events that ran the gamut: from wind storms and roofs to how hair salons reopened during COVID to how Jimmy Kimmel does not believe Gonzaga exists.

I credit a lot of my learning in undergrad to the work I was able to do at The Bulletin. While there I worked my way from staff writer to news writer to editor-in-chief. I covered mostly news but dabbled in sports, arts and entertainment, and opinion. I got to cover the Women's March Madness tournament and breaking news protests just to name a few highlights.
June 2019 - March 2020
I was an intern and freelance writer at The Inlander. My first professional clips came during my time working in the art and culture section. I got to cover "Les Mis," ride in an Air Force jet, go ax throwing and partake in lots of fun activities for stories during my time there. I also learned a lot about multimedia storytelling on social media.
